:: Ingredients for Aloo Mattar
Potatoes - 3
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Onoins - 2 sliced
Ginger / Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Corriander powder - 1tbsp
Chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes - 1
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

:: How to make Aloo Mattar
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Saute again. Add the powders and saute well. Add the
tomatoes , once tomatoes
are cooked add the
potatoes and peas to the above gravy.To this add garam
masala and salt to taste.
Garnish with coriander.
